This famous snorkeling spot is located in the waters of Koh Jabang, within the Tarutao National Marine Park, not far from Koh Lipe. About 15 to 20 feet beneath the sea, you’ll find a large coral reef with seven colors, including soft corals in shades of red, pink, purple, and orange, light brown stony corals, colorful sea anemones, and dark green algae. The area is also home to feather stars and various species of fish, showcasing the vibrant marine life and making it one of the most beautiful dive spots in the world.

In addition to the Jabang Channel, other notable spots for viewing the seven-colored corals include White Rock, Koh Hin Son, and Koh Pheung. However, the Jabang Channel offers the clearest view of the seven-colored corals, even for snorkelers. For those skilled in scuba diving, you can also explore the vibrant corals up close.

The park allows visitors to travel to the Jabang Channel from November to May each year. Before you go, it’s recommended to check the timing and weather conditions, as the currents can be quite strong. Ensure you have proper diving equipment and that park staff are available for your safety.
